Minimum Fee: $25.00
Saturdays & Sundays: $25.00 weekend charge + services performed
9:00 pm through 8:00 am: $100 + services performed (7 days per week)

Document Fulfillment
Each Document Fulfillment May Include:
- One Signer
- State Regulated Notary Fee
- Printing: up to 5 pages per document
- FedEx/UPS/USPS drop off (does not include mailing costs)
- Same Day Scheduling (when available)
- Regular Business Hours
Round Trip Mileage will be charged at a State Regulated Fee of $0.445/mile
Additional Services and Options Available
- $25.00 per additional signer
- $25.00 per Credible Witness (you provide)
- $75.00 per Credible Witness (we provide)
- $60.00 additional time (up to 1 hour) at signing table
- $1.00 per additional page printed
- $25.00 + mileage for package pickup
- $25.00 + mileage for package delivery
- FedEx/UPS/USPS Shipping: Add actual cost
Arizona State-Regulated Fees: $10.00 per Notarial Act (stamp). Mileage fees at $0.445/mile round trip
What Notaries Can Do
The State of Arizona commissions notaries to perform these three notarial acts:
- Acknowledgment or Jurat
- Oath or Affirmation
- Copy Certification

- Fever
- Cough
- Runny Nose
- Sore Throat
- Diarrhea
